Yes and no! EATS is an evolved version of Process Expo, which ran successfully for over a decade before rebranding in 2023. As the food and beverage industry expanded into new sectors (like alternative proteins), organizers recognized the need for a more focused approach.
The transformation to EATS represents more than a name change. While maintaining the core elements that made Process Expo successful, EATS now concentrates exclusively on eight key sectors: bakery, beverage, cannabis, dairy, pet food, prepared food, proteins, and sweets.

EATS 2025 will focus on food safety protocols, automation technologies, sustainability initiatives, and intelligent packaging solutions.
