Bulk bags are an economical source of bulk ingredients that requiring unloading and dispensing at use points.
BFM® fitting connectors installed at the bulk bag unloader interface to downstream equipment provide full visibility of the product flow and eliminates any dust leaking into the production area, resulting in fewer clean-ups required and a safer environment for operators. The simple snap-in installation means BFM® fitting connectors are also fast and easy to remove and replace for cleaning improving overall operating efficiency.
BFM® fitting connectors also have the advantage of being able to accommodate vertical travel required for automatic bulk bag outlet spout tensioning systems. BFM® fitting caps can be used to seal outlet connections between bag change outs or when not in use between production runs.
